For your privacy, Little Shop Of O’s ships discreetly in plain boxes or standard issue boxes from the carriers with a return address of “RIMI Group, LLC.”
Orders are processed within 24 hours of the business day they are received and shipped out immediately. Standard shipments are processed and shipped no later than the next business day and usually arrive within 7 business days, but can take up to 10 business days from the day they are shipped. We also offer Two Day service and Next Day service for an additional fee. You can select any of these options when you complete the checkout process. Under normal conditions we are able to provide this swift service. However, occasionally during our clearance, we may have an unusually high volume of sales. We will always our best to ship all orders within 48 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order ships
Note that we are closed on Fridays. Orders placed after the 2pm CST cutoff on Thursday will ship on Monday.
After purchase, customer will receive an email with the order status information to customer that will include shipping date, tracking number and other pertinent information about the order.
Little Shop Of Os is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery.
All shipping times are based on business days. Business days include all weekdays except Friday, but not weekends or federal holidays. Overnight orders placed on a Thursday before 5:00 PM CST should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Overnight orders placed after 5:00 PM CST on Thursdays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday.
If you need to edit or change the shipping address for your order, please contact us ASAP at orders@LittleShopOfOs.com. There is a $15 charge for address changes made after the package has already shipped.
Undeliverable orders due to incorrect address information or missing address information ie: apartment number, suite or floor number etc…, will be returned to the Little Shop Of Os distribution center and charged a $15 returned package fee in addition to freight charges.
If you provided an e-mail or phone number when you placed your order, a customer service representative from Little Shop Of Os will contact you. At that time, you will be given the choice of providing an alternate shipping address or getting a refund or store credit. Store credits will be given for the product purchased and any applicable taxes, but will not include shipping charges. The returned package fee will be deducted from the balance owed. Please Note: Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages.
