At Little Shop Of O’s we always make our best efforts to provide the highest quality of products and customer satisfaction. We appreciate your business and it is important for us to offer a fair return policy. Below are more details on our policies.
Your credit card bill will show a charge to the RIMI Group, LLC for any purchase.
Little Shop of O’s does not accept return on any products that have touched the genital areas or are used, including, but not limited to, items of clothing.
If the product is not what the customer expected, the wrong size was ordered, or the incorrect item ordered, customer may return the item at their expense. Credit will be issued for the return of shelf restockable resalable product only (shipping and processing fees will not be refunded in this situation).
In an event that an item is returned, it must be must in its original packaging (box, bag and/or packaging from the manufacturer) with tags. If the item is returned without packaging we will not accept the return or exchange it. Items that are returned with torn or damaged packaging are subject to a restocking fee of 45%. Original packaging is NOT the UPS/USPS/Fed Ex shipping bag or box you receive your items in.
In the event that a replacement item is out of stock, we will issue store credit for the price of the merchandise. We regret that we are unable to issue refunds. All sales are final.
If the order initially received free shipping and the total with the return falls below the Free Shipping threshold, the return will be subject to the full shipping charge upon purchase that will be deducted at time of return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred when sending back any items. We strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as Little Shop Of Os is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail stream. It is the customer’s responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to Little Shop Of O’s that may have been lost in the mail stream.
The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
There will be no re-shipment charge for items that are exchanged for same item exchanges however exchanges for different items will incur an additional shipping charge of $5.95.
In the occurrence of a shipment error on the part of the Little Shop of O’s, we will correct the error at the shipping expense of Little Shop of O’s or issue a credit towards the next order. In the event the product would need to be returned, customer shall return product to Little Shop Of O’s. Credit will be issued for the product, shipping charges if applicable, and processing fee on restockable products.
Little Shop Of O’s will issue credit or replace a manufacturer’s defective or damaged item. The item will be replaced with the same item only.
If items are damaged in shipment, or have evidence of damage to the exterior shipping box, the customer must request information from the carrier on the procedure for filing a claim. The carrier shall provide information to customer on how to file a claim with Little Shop Of Os’ to be reimbursed for damages through the carrier.

Little Shop Of O’s does not make any express or implied warranties with respect to the products we sell and disclaims such warranties, including any implied warranties and merchantability, and fitness for particular purpose.
Little Shop Of Os does not accept orders for items that are not currently in stock.
In the unusual event an item is back ordered, all available items will be shipped immediately and the out of stock items be shipped upon receipt of the product.
Substitution of a similar item that is in stock and available to ship is possible. Little Shop Of O’s will gladly provide a substitute if reasonably available. Substitutions of items are made at the instruction of the customer only. Little Shop Of O’s will credit the customer for the return of unopened, shelf restockable product only (shipping and processing fees are not refundable in this situation).
Excluded From Returns/Exchanges
All items below are not eligible for returns and will be returned back to the customer at the customers expense.
- Sale or Clearance Items – no returns are accepted for ANY clearance or sale item. No exceptions.
- Item that has been worn
- Item with tags removed
- Item not in original packaging
- Item with any stain
- Item that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume or any other scent
- Stocking, Thigh Highs or any leggings that have been opened
- Panties (Please note, due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on panties or items that cover the crotch.)
- Bodystockings, Catsuits or fishnet outfits
- Must be free of human and animal hair
Shoes & Boots Exchange/ Return Policy
All shoes and boots must be unworn, in the original packaging and returned within (15) Fifteen days of the purchase date. Shoes/boots not shipped in their original box, packaging or that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $15.00 repackaging fee Under no circumstances, except in the case of defective footwear, will worn footwear be accepted for a credit, refund, or exchange by Little Shop Of O’s.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all shoe and boot returns unless the product was deemed defective per the manufacturer
Once you place an order it is immediately forwarded to the warehouse for packing and shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, it is extremely difficult to cancel an order after being submitted to the shipping department.
We encourage you to complete and return the warranty card to the manufacturer, and we encourage you to do so if their warranty exceeds our own However, please be aware that manufacturers and their affiliates may use the personal information you provide to them to contact you with additional offers.
